After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR-Code with which you can pick up your ticket from one of our pick-up machines at the opened cable car stations.

On the 1st day of validity, the booking confirmation incl. ID presentation is valid as a ticket for travel on the included means of transport to the cable car.

The Zillertal Activcard can be purchased on site at the ticket offices of the mountain railroads from May 30 to October 27, 2024. The Zillertal Activcard can be purchased online from June 15th to October 6th.

- Scan the QR-code which you can find on your voucher or in your wallet - The scanned product is now visible on the screen of the pick-up machine - Confirm the product on the touchscreen by tapping on "OK" - Your Zillertal Activcard will be printed immediately and can be taken from the box below

At the valley stations of the open cable cars

Children discount: he children's price is valid for all children born between 2009 and 2017. Children born in 2018 or later can enjoy all the card benefits free of charge.

Family ticket: When buying two adult tickets your children (born in or after 2009) travel for free.

Children's tickets and free tickets for children are only available at the cash desks on presentation of ID available, not bookable online

Please note that all dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled on all cableways and offers on the mountain. Muzzles are available at the ticket offices of the cable car stations.
