Space for a cosy get-together during holiday time, magnificent views of the mountains, ideal starting point for all sporting activities - that and more awaits you in our apartment Zill in Madseit, newly opened in autumn 2019!
The approx. 100 sqm large apartment was completely renovated and modern furnished in 2019. It is ideal for families or couples, equipped with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room, two comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Underfloor heating provides for a pleasant room climate, while refurnishing attention was paid to design. The balcony is south-west facing and has access from both kitchen and living room. For ski boots there is a room with ski boot dryers, your skis are stored in lockable ski racks.
We are state-of-the-art in media technology: 3 smart TV sets in the living room and bedrooms, a Bluetooth-capable mirror in one of the bathrooms and free WLan via glass fibre ensure good networking even on holiday.

Conditions and Information
Location You will find the holiday flat in the Tuxertal, district Madseit. Take the 3rd entrance on the right after the town sign, exactly opposite the Café Restaurant "Zum Sepp". To the valley station of the lifts in Hintertux it is 3 km, the ski area Zillertal 3000 can be reached with the free ski bus in a few minutes. The bus stop is 50 m away. The best way to start your hikes is right in front of your door. Cross-country skiing trail and hiking trail, the Tuxbach adventure trail for children or sporty mountain bike routes are so close that you can send your car on holiday. Two parking spaces are available for this purpose. Additional Information The apartment is at your disposal from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment at 9:30 a.m. You can leave your luggage at our place until 4.00 p.m. You can also use the parking spaces until then, if you want to enjoy the last day of your holiday. For handing over the keys and as contact person please contact Jan Hess in the café/restaurant "Zum Sepp", Madseit 680. Our local bakery offers a bread roll service.
