I am Caro - your yoga teacher. My thirst for yoga was awakened quite inconspicuously in Sri Lanka. This gentle touch became a way of life that I would like to share with you. We practise classical Hatha yoga - from beginners' classes to fine flow. Summer Body is a small unit that focuses more on strength and development.
No previous knowledge is important for the beginners' course, nor does it matter how stretchy or flexible you are. Every body is unique! We start by focussing on stability and then slowly move into stretching. We ground ourselves so that we don't take off, expand the mind and have fun practising yoga! I would be delighted if you would like to join me on my journey and invite you to practise with me!
Please check the event calendar to see where the courses are taking place and ideally arrive about 10 minutes before the course starts so that you can arrive relaxed. The gates will then close punctually at the times indicated.
