Our holiday flat is located in Kaltenbach and has a wonderful mountain view. The 90 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a guest WC and can accommodate 4 people. Facilities include WLAN, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine and a TV. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided. The accommodation has access to an outdoor area with a garden, a furnished covered terrace and a barbecue. There is a ski bus stop just 30 metres from the holiday flat. The distance to the ski lift is approx. 1 km. A supermarket is located 600 m from the holiday flat. There are 3 car parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
