Description

Welcome in Zell im Zillertal.

Our newly built country house Sonnblick stand on a sunny hillside and has three spacious apartments with 2 bedrooms each with SAT / TV and balcony or terrace. The apartments are all new and wooden furniture (wooden floor, wooden roof, solid wood furniture, dishwasher, satellite TV). Bread service, wireless and ski cellar with ski boot dryer.

From our house you have unobstructed views of the surrounding Zillertal mountains. The Skibus-stop located behind the house and the bus goes to the local ski area Zillertal Arena.

Our house is very centrally located and the ski areas Kaltenbach-Zillertal and Mayrhofen Penken are just 10 minutes' drive. Good starting point for hiking and biking, cross-country skiing starts at the driveway. In a few minutes you are in the center of Zell am Ziller and the Zeller Leisure Park with Swimming pool, mini golf, tennis court + courts, playground, beach volleyball, bowling, ice skating rink

The Zillerpromenade or the path through the forest to invite leisurely strolls.
