Our non-smoking rooms with balconies are bright, comfortably furnished and include a sitting area, safe, TV, phone, radio alarm, bath or shower, toilet and vanity mirror.

The two bright and modern "Kreuzjoch" and "Gerlosstein" apartments are directly opposite our hotel. All appartments offer plenty of room for 4 to 5 people, are fully equipped and - as a special bonus - you can use the spa facilities free of charge. In addition, you can also book breakfast, half-board or use the freshly baked bread roll delivery service in the apartments.

Nestled in the beautiful scenery of the Zillertal Alps, our hotel in Kaltenbach is the ideal starting point to explore the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. We even provide bicycles for our hotel guests to use free of charge. Erste Ferienregion Zillertal also offers a comprehensive event programme - the high ropes adventure park is right next to us. You can also treat yourself to the nearby Therme Fügen which offers swimming, water slides and relaxation.

In winter, 89 km of slopes in the Hochzillertal skiing resort await you. The cable car for the skiing area is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel and you can ski in and out until the end of the winter season (depends on weather).
