Come and enjoy the ambience of our family-run Aktiv & Vital 4 star Glockenstuhl hotel in Gerlos, right in the midst of the Zillertal Alps. We are located centrally yet only 3 minutes walking distance from the main Isskogelbahn lifts in the Zillertal Arena.
Our family-friendly Tyrolean hotel provides 25 comfortable double and single rooms. We put great emphasis on our friendly and familiar atmosphere. We are always willing to listen to your needs and questions! Relax with your family after a busy day in the mountains of the Zillertal Arena in our Balinese spa with indoor pool, whirlpool, bio or Finnish sauna, along with a steam bath and tepidarium with light therapy. Enjoy a 5 course menu selection of Austrian and international specialties in our rustic restaurant. Children are free to order whatever they like! For our younger guests we offer a children's play area on the ground floor in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant. The kids can enjoy the spa area during the special "splash hour" in the swimming area.
In order that your four-legged friend does not have to stay home alone, dogs are allowed in our hotel, and there is plenty of space for them to roam around in the the meadows in the Zillertal Arena.
In winter, the Zillertal Arena offers 143 km of ski slopes to suit every taste. Events such as the White Carpet, Stroh Juchhee, Gloryfy Bastard and Good morning skiing are just a few of the offers available. The practice slopes of Gerlos are only 150m away from the Hotel Glockenstuhl, and the descent into the valley via the Rösslalm runs right past our hotel. In summer, the Zillertal Alps offer a great variety of leisure activities, from hiking and climbing to mountain biking, rafting and paragliding.
