Welcome to our house in Kaltenbach in the Zillertal.
Our apartment is calm and quiet situated, but still close to the Hochzillertal ski area. It offers space for up to 4 people and is the ideal domicile for a vacation as a couple with the family or friends. The accommodation is equipped with a double room, a large kitchen-cum-living room including SAT / TV and pull-out sofa bed, separate shower and toilet, a ski boot dryer in the basement, as well as free WiFi and free parking spaces directly at the house. You can reach the center of Kaltenbach with restaurants and shops in just 10 minutes.
In winter, the near Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski area offers the best skiing pleasure. The Kaltenbach valley station is approx. 800 m from our house. Of course you will also find a ski school, ski rental and sports shops close to the station.
The hiking area Hochzillertal and the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse offer wonderful hiking trails and bike tours in summer. The adventure park with high ropes course is also only a 15-minute walk from our house.
