Ferienhaus Penz

The holiday house Penz is located in the Kleinboden district, only about 1.5 km from the center of Fügen with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains.

The house was newly renovated in summer 2019, offers space for up to 25 people and has 11 double rooms and 3 single rooms.

First floor: 7 rooms

5 double rooms with shower / toilet, balcony 1 double room with shower / toilet 1 single room with shower / toilet

second floor: 7 rooms

4 double rooms with shower / toilet, balcony 2 single rooms with running water, separate toilet in the hallway 1 double room with running water, toilet on the corridor

On the ground floor there is the lounge with kitchenette and refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery as well as flat screen TV. Across from the lounge is the pantry with a refrigerator. There are also two extra toilets on the ground floor. A laundry service and bed linen are included. You have to bring your own towels. In the basement is the ski storage room with a ski boot dryer, which can be used as a bicycle parking space in summer.

Only about 3 minutes drive from our front door you get access to unlimited water fun with the Erlebnistherme Zillertal. In winter our house is at the ski bus stop to the Spieljochbahn. we are looking forward to welcoming you soon. yours family Koidl
