It is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal, in Hart, in a very quiet area. It is a traditional Zillertal wooden house with a high level of comfort and extremely good quality of living. Here you can really enjoy your vacation. On the ground floor there is a large living room, the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a small room with an infrared cabin, as well as a large terrace, a glazed veranda and the garden. On the upper floor there are 4 rooms (2 x double rooms, 1 x three-bed room, 1x loft bed room) a bathroom and also a separate toilet and a balcony. There is enough space in the basement for skis, bicycles, etc. There is enough parking space right next to the house.
The holiday home is located in the middle of the first holiday region in the Zillertal and is particularly popular because of its proximity to the numerous leisure activities. The LANDHAUS/hart/zillertal is only 100 meters away from the next ski bus stop. The Spieljochbahn ski area is only 3 km away and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The possibility of tobogganing, ice skating, ski touring, etc. is also in the immediate vicinity. The Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal ski area can be reached by car in around 10 minutes, and it takes around 20 minutes to drive to the Hochfügen ski area. The free ski bus can of course also be used.
In summer it is the perfect starting point for hiking tours, the house is only 50 meters from the nearest hiking trail. You can also start mountain bike tours, bike trips, etc. directly from the house. The closest swimming pool can be reached by car in 5 minutes, and in 10 minutes you can reach the next swimming lake.
Numerous children's adventure playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity. The golf course in Uderns is only 3 km, the tennis court (with adjoining children's play and beach volleyball court) is only 1 km away.
The Gasthaus Hamberg is 100 meters away, the next pizzeria 450 meters. By car you can be in the neighboring village of Fügen in a few minutes, where you can find everything from shops, doctors, night restaurants, thermal baths, etc.

Conditions and Information
Take the exit Wiesing/Zillertal on the A 12 (ATTENTION: Vignette obligatory). Then drive along the B 169 to the first exit in Fügen, follow the road down into the valley to the village centre, turn left onto the road towards Hart. Follow the course for about 1. 5 km. Above the Gasthof Hamberg, the road runs to the left. After the village fountain turn right, and from there you can already see the cottage (enough parking available).
