Welcome to our hide-away of perfect happiness, the recently renovated Chalet Fex. Located  in the village of Aschau in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, it is the ideal location to partake in all the outdoor activities and attractions offered in the area.

Surrounded by lush forests and pastoral meadows it can only be reached via a private road. This assures you of an undisturbed and idyllic vacation. If you want to buy groceries, sporting equipment or have a night out on the town, Aschau offers a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. You can walk to the village in about 10 minutes. The stop for the complimentary ski-bus can be reached in winter in around three minutes. This bus will whisk you to all the famous ski area of the Zillertal Arena and Hochfügen-Hochzillertal.

The chalet has enough room for up to five guests with its 75 m². (807 sq.ft.) total living area. It includes two spacious bedrooms, one with two and the second bedroom with three beds, a typical Austrian style sitting room with a double pull-out couch, Satellite Smart TV and a cozy corner eating area. Enough bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied for up to five persons.

The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric cook top, oven, microwave oven, toaster oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. All the necessary utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and dish cloths are stored in this kitchen, so there is no need to bring your own. We did not forget the corkscrew.

The fully tiled bathroom includes the toilet, modern shower and hair dryer. A seperate toilet is convenient when travelling with family or friends. A washing machine is located on the property.

There is enough space to store your sports gear - bikes, skis or snowboards and boots (equiped with an electronic heating system) in a spare are outside the appartment.

In order to stay in touch with the outside world you have the complimentary use of a 5G optic fibre cable.

To wind down after a day full of activities the 60 m² (646 sq.ft.) partially overed terrace offers you the comfort of a cozy seating area, a hammock and dining area. With its unsurpassed view of the surrounding mountains, you may find it difficult to move inside.
