Appartements Samerhof

We completely renovated our Samerhof apartment house in Kaltenbach in the summer of 2007 and also made it accessible to wheelchair users. We invite our guests to spend feel-good holidays in our modern and comfortable apartments in the Zillertal.

The Samerhof apartment house is characterised by an excellent location just 600 metres away from the Valley Station of the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing area and 10 minutes from the centre of Kaltenbach. A traditional butcher's shop where you can purchase fresh meat for your meals in the apartment, is located right next to our Samerhof apartment house.

Our Samerhof apartments accommodate up to 8 people, and also ensure that wheelchair users have plenty of room to spend relaxing holidays. Every apartment comes with modern furniture and bright colours and offers a cosy holiday accommodation in the Zillertal Mountains. The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and much more, so that you can fully enjoy cooking and spending time together. Every apartment has a bathroom with separate WC, satellite TV in every room and an inviting patio or a sunny balcony where you can relax after an eventful day, together with the whole family.

The Top 1 Apartment is located at ground level, offers full accessibility and is hence also suitable for guests in wheelchairs. Even the doors are wide enough.

On request, we have freshly baked goods delivered to your apartment every morning. Your sports equipment can be stored safely and dryly in our heated ski room with boot dryer and you are welcome to use the washing machine and the dryer in the Samerhof apartment house on request. Free Wi-Fi, ample parking, a cot and a high chair with table mount are available to guests of the Samerhof as well.

After an active day you can unwind and recharge your batteries in the Finnish sauna or in our infrared cabin.

In winter, the rural and natural flair of the Zillertal in connection with the typical Tyrolean hospitality will surely enchant you as well. The Hochfügen - Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena top skiing resorts guarantee superbly groomed slopes and plenty of snow from November to late April. Discover the Zillertal’s unique scenery in summer on a leisurely hike or on a mountain bike tour.

The newly built 18-hole Zillertal Uderns golf course is only 5 minutes away by car.
