BOOKING CONDITIONS
• With reservation, a deposit of 20% of the package price will be made. The reservation is fixed upon receipt of the deposit. • We kindly ask you to pay the hotel bill during your stay or transfer it to our bank account in advance. Within the EU you can make transfers free of charge. • Of course, the deposit paid is deducted from the hotel invoice. We are happy to accept your debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). • Please understand that we are a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed. • Check In: 16:00 – 20:00: The booked rooms, apartments, suites & chalets are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. • To make it easier for you to check in, please fill in the guest list and send it to us by e-mail. • Check out: by 10:00 a. m. on the day of departure and use of the courtesy area. • Courtesy area – You can use our luggage storage & shower free of charge on the day of arrival before check-in or on the day of departure after check-out and there is also a bathroom with shower, towels and shower gel. So you can also make perfect use of the arrival and departure days for skiing, golfing or biking!
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
• Cancellation up to 31 days free of charge (the deposit will be refunded in full) • from 30 to 15 days before arrival 70% of the package price • from 4 to 14 days before arrival 90% of the package price will be charged • from 0 to 3 days before arrival 100% of the package price will be charged • We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance (www. europaeische. at) and the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotelerie (AGBH 2006) also apply.
