Located in a single-family house in a quiet residential area in Fügen, the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal Fügen-Kaltenbach, our apartment is the perfect starting point for numerous summer and winter activities.

Several ski areas, toboggan runs, hiking trails, and cycling routes are in close proximity. You can reach the Fügen thermal spa, the ice rink, and the golf course in just a few minutes. Shopping opportunities and restaurants are also easily accessible on foot. Public bus stops as well as the ski bus stop are within a 3 to 10-minute walk.

Our cozy vacation apartment on the 2nd floor, accessible via a staircase, accommodates up to 4 people. It is equipped with a modern kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, you have access to a ski room with a ski boot dryer, a heated drying room, and a lockable bike room. Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. A grill can be used upon request and for a fee.
