Our family-friendly Apart Denise apartment house is situated in a quiet and sunny location in Fügen in Zillertal near the Spieljochbahn and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal that you can both easily reach after a 5-minute walk. Within a 100m-radius you will find a the best pizzeria, a local supermarket, a bank and an E-Car filling station. We do offer fresh bakery from the local bakery store and will be delivered daily to your apartment.

Our Apart Denise guesthouse in Fügen offers 11  apartments  for 2-6 people. Whether as family, couple or with friends, our light-flooded and holiday apartments meet all demands and wishes. Every apartment features a large balcony or a sunny terrace with stunning views of the Zillertal Alps. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave oven and dishwasher is ideal to spend sociable evenings together with family or friends. In our garden with playground, slide and swing your children can unwind, while you relax on the sunny lawn.

Our apartment house offers a cosy lounge with fireplace, a playing room with children's many toys as well as table tennis and table soccer. Your sports equipment can be stored dryly and safely in our heated ski room with modern boot warmers.

The car can be parked safely in front of our apartment house or in the garage. The free ski bus (50m) takes you to the popular skiing areas of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch.

Golf enthusiasts can look forward to elegance and exclusivity at the highest level on the golf course in Zillertal Uderns with an 18-hole golf course offering generous practice facilities, including chipping, pitching and putting greens. We are happy to book tee times for you and to accompany you on a round of golf. The lake in Schlitters with its Seecafé is the ideal place to relax together with the whole family.

Experience nature when hiking, walking your dog, on a rest stop in a hut, explore the area and enjoy sportive holidays when mountain biking on downhill trails, climbing or playing golf and discover the adventure pools Fügen. All this awaits you during your summer vacation at the Apart Denise guesthouse.
