Forest bathing allows you to fill your lungs with pure air, to surrender to silence, to feel the ground barefoot, to clear your head, to simply be. Take your time and let the surroundings take effect on you. Even on the short way in, you will notice how you calm down and how everyday life recedes into the distance.
Various instructions on breathing, relaxation and perception with all your senses strengthen your awareness of the now. After only a short time, you will be immersed in the forest bath and experience nature up close.
Guided forest bathing on Saturdays: 23 July, 20 August, 17 September 2022, each from 16.00 to 18.00 hrs.
