Evening ticket wellness and sauna area

There are a total of seven saunas and steam baths in our wellness and sauna area at the Erlebnistherme Zillertal. What they all have in common is the positive effect of sweating in hot cabins. The alternation of cold and warm stimulates the circulation, flushes the veins and improves the blood supply to strained muscles. Tension is released, the immune system is boosted and the sudden cooling down outdoors or in the plunge pool releases hormones. Euphoric, some simply fall asleep in the three relaxation rooms between sauna sessions. Perfect relaxation!
